Terms and Conditions

  • We require an opportunity to resolve technical issues before issuing refunds.
  • Refunds are processed within 72 hours of purchase. No refunds will be processed after this period.
  • For credit card payments, refunds typically reflect in your account within 20 to 31 business days, though some cases may take up to 90 days.
  • We only refund purchases made within 72 hours.
  • Subscription period refunds are prorated based on usage.
  • Our support team will assist you throughout the refund process.

Exceptions to Refunds

We do not provide refunds or partial refunds if:

  • You are dissatisfied with channel offerings or performance.
  • You are unable to configure your own devices or systems.
  • Temporary channel issues (freezing or buffering) occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as internet fluctuations or server-side problems.

Server Downtime Compensation

If you experience more than 48 hours of downtime due to server issues, we will either refund the package price or extend your subscription to cover the outage period, plus additional time as a goodwill gesture.
